Emaar Properties said on Thursday it would acquire real estate development Dubai Creek Harbour in a Dh7.5 billion ($2 billion) mega deal. The emirate’s top developer said in a statement it had reached a deal with Dubai Holding to buy its stake in their Dubai Creek Harbour joint venture.
